I wanted to share with you a recently completed project that was produced for Westminster Developments & designed by HSSP Architects.

​

The scheme is made up of eight separate homes in what will be a quite Cul-de-sac in Gaddesby  near Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.

 

Resolution Studios recreated the development in 3D, showing an aerial view of the project, even incorporating a specific brickwork detail which had been designed specifically for the scheme.

​

This put Westminster Developments in the driving seat and allowed them to start their marketing campaign for the dwellings, long before work was completed on site.  As a result of the CGI images, they were able to shorten the sales process and start selling the homes from plan.

​
