Around 18 months ago, Enville Estates reached out to us regarding an exciting redevelopment project they were undertaking known as Stamford Yard.
This project involved the transformation of a 200-year-old barn. Interestingly, Stamford Yard used to be a stable block for local inns in its heyday. Enville served as a vital stopover on a trade route connecting London and Manchester, seeing around 1,000 horses passing through each month.
In the 1960s, Stamford Yard underwent a transformation into a sawmill. However, in recent years, it had fallen into neglect, as evident from the photos below.
When these photos were taken, the windows were falling out, the floorboards were rotten, and there were gaping holes in the roof.
Nature was slowly reclaiming the building.
But here's the exciting part:
Once the refurbishment is complete, Stamford Yard will be reborn as a collection of executive business suites and several residential units. The residential units promise to be a fantastic place to live, while the office spaces will provide an ideal environment for work. Naturally, Enville Estates were eager to kickstart the marketing process.
Now, here's the challenge:
They wanted to generate buzz and interest in the project, and also wanted to secure tenants for the office spaces as soon as possible. However, the existing photos just didn't do justice to the building's potential.
Enville Estates was also keen on not waiting until the project was completed to begin marketing it. That's where Resolution Studios came into play, and we were more than happy to help.
We took the proposed design information from their designers drawings and transformed it into an impressive 3D representation of the development. This allowed Enville Estates to provide a sneak peek of 'what's coming soon.'

As you can see, the completed scheme looks absolutely amazing and the CGI gives potential tenants the chance to envision 'Stamford Yard' as their future workplace.
With the 3D image in hand, Enville Estates kickstarted their marketing efforts. They featured the 3D image prominently on their website and even had a massive banner printed and displayed near the Cat Inn in Enville. This ensured that everyone passing by could witness the transformation taking place.
The commercial units were quickly snapped up and at the time of writing this case study, the residential units were still 'under construction,' but the level of interest was tremendous.
